Privacy Policy
When you sign up for an account at our online store, LapSurgical collects personal information including, but not limited to name, email address, contact information. A unique customer ID is assigned to your account that identifies you as a LapSurgical Customer and helps us to provide you with efficient, customized service.
LapSurgical Systems does not sell or distribute any personal information collected.
Shipping Policies
LapSurgical Systems cannot guarantee shipping or delivery time. LapSurgical Systems will not be charged with any liability for delay or non-delivery of the products due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of LapSurgical Systems.
We currently ship Monday through Friday, with shipping ending at 12:00 noon (Mountain Standard Time) on Friday. Orders received after noon Friday will ship the following Monday. (Holidays and non-business days excluded)
Products will be deemed accepted upon delivery to the Buyer.
Return Policy
Due to the sterile nature of our products, no refunds will be made for non-defective products. All sales are final and deemed accepted upon delivery to Buyer.

Late Payment Charge
Any amount left unpaid after 30 days from date of bill is subject to a monthly 1.5% late payment charge. This charge only applies to unpaid LapSurgical accounts, and/or purchase orders.
